  • How can I buy online?

  • What's your returns policy? 

Our live plants can be delicate and fragile, so we try and make the delivery service as speedy and safe for them as possible. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our live plants. We make sure to add as much information into the listings as possible - covering size, condition, cutting or fully rooted plant.  Please ensure you have read the listing fully and have viewed all the images before purchasing!

We make sure to package plants up as safely as possible - but there's always a chance they can suffer some delivery damage. When your new plant arrives, please unpack it as soon as possible. If your plant arrives in poor condition, drop us a message using the contact form or email us at finchandflora@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel - include any issues with your plant, and attach photos - we will respond as soon as we can! 

 

  • What delivery options do you offer?

All our packages are sent via Royal Mail - depending on your order. Keep an eye on our socials for special offers and discounts! 

 

  • What packaging do you use?

We try and ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible! We use biodegradable packing chips and bubble wrap, compostable tissue paper, and recyclable cardboard boxes. We try and reuse packing wherever possible! 

 

  •  How do I care for my new plant?

  • Something I want is out of stock! When will it be restocked?

We try and restock as often as possible, however high-demand products can take a little longer. Keep an eye on our socials for restock announcements.
